Recently a 15m3/h wastewater treatment plant is under installation by our Indonesian customer who is a plastic recycling factory. The wastewater come from their PET flakes production line by washing recycled plastic bottles. It contains much suspended soilds and detergent, the PH is around 13.

The process is PH neutralization in equalization tank, and DAF to remove SS and oil, media filter for further purifying the effluent. Then the outlet can be reused on plastic bottle washing.

We also provide fully automatic control system with PLC to customer. Then they can operation the plant both manually and automaticly. When automatic running starts, the plant is running according to the logic our engineer designed without workers' intervention, which benefits the system's stable running and saving a lot labor cost, especially on the media filter backing washing.
