The integrated treatment equipment for oil-based mud without landing is an advanced technology equipment used for treating oil-based mud. Oil-based mud is usually waste generated in fields such as oil drilling and engineering construction, which contains various organic compounds and oils, posing a potential threat to the environment. This integrated processing equipment aims to efficiently and environmentally treat these oil-based slurries, removing or separating pollutants from them, thereby reducing environmental pollution.

Process flow

The mud pump is sent to a high-speed centrifuge for preliminary separation. The separated solid part is dried by a dryer, the liquid part is chemically treated by a dosing device, and finally, the waste is properly stored and transported through a screw conveyor and rock debris box.

Main Unit

(1) High speed centrifuge: The high-speed centrifuge is a key part of the equipment, mainly used for preliminary separation of oil-based mud, separating the solid and liquid parts. The centrifuge uses high-speed rotation to separate the solid part of the mud using centrifugal force.

(2) Drill chip dryer: The main function of the dryer is to dry the separated solid parts. The dryer adopts a high-temperature drying method, which can quickly remove moisture from the solid part and achieve a lower moisture content.

(3) Dosing device: The main function of the dosing device is to chemically treat the liquid part and remove harmful substances by adding chemical agents. The dosing device can flexibly configure different reagents according to different processing needs.

(4) Screw conveyor: The main function of a screw conveyor is to transport and store the processed waste. The conveyor adopts a sealed design, which can ensure the safe transportation and storage of waste.

(5) Rock debris box: The rock debris box is the final storage unit of the equipment, mainly used to store processed waste. The rock debris box adopts a sealed design, which can ensure the safe transportation and storage of waste.
