50 m³/h Fracturing Flowback Fluid System Assists Oilfield Water Production
SEPARATE has provided multiple sets of fracturing flowback fluid treatment systems for a customer. The customer placed another order this April, and after intense production, the system passed the customer's acceptance tests and was successfully dispatched recently.
This wastewater treatment system consists of a pretreatment unit, a coagulation and sedimentation unit, a flotation unit, and a filtration unit.
The wastewater is mixed with chemicals in a mixing tank and then pumped to the pretreatment unit. After chemical dosing to adjust the water quality, the water is elevated to the coagulation reaction tank in the coagulation and sedimentation unit.
The sedimentation tank's effluent area has two chemical dosing ports, with dosing amounts determined based on actual conditions. The chemicals and wastewater react in the pipeline before entering the flotation contact zone, where a scraping mechanism removes the floatation scum. The effluent from the flotation unit enters the effluent zone and is pumped to the filtration system.
The filtration system uses one or more filtration media, such as walnut shells, activated carbon, and quartz sand, under certain pressure, allowing the wastewater to pass through a specified thickness of filtration media. This effectively retains and removes oil, suspended solids, organic matter, colloidal particles, microorganisms, chlorine, odors, and some heavy metal ions from the water, ensuring that the effluent meets quality standardsThe sediment sludge from the coagulation and sedimentation system and the floatation scum from the flotation unit are discharged into a sludge buffer tank. Subsequent sludge dewatering and the transportation of sludge cakes are carried out.
