SEPARATE 250m3/h Separation Plant for Micro Tunneling
CRAUN worked together with this client for several cases. Precariously, we designed the SEPARATE 250m3/h Mud Water Separation Plant per client’s requirement.
It is applied to the construction of urban sewage pipe network in Xuzhou City.,China. The micro slurry balance shield machine is equipped with our SEPARATE SP250N slurry separation system, slurry preparation and mixing system, and slurry centrifugal dehydration system to meet the needs of mud specific gravity control for on-site construction, and tail slurry drying and outward transportation.
As the site is nearing the lake riverbed, so the working site underlying environment is very complicated(sand layer, soil layer and silty clay layer. are along with the who shield).
The CRAUN SEPARATE 250m3/h mud separation plant can reduce the waste mud amount and cost saving, modular design is easy for transportation and site moving . The separation plant is consist of shale shaker, desander and desilter device, 2 decanter centrifuges for separation and dewatering.
