In November, SEPARATE Multi-disc sludge dewatering machine GLDL403 arrived its site in a textile factory in Vietnam. Customer spent 2 weeks to set up the sludge dewatering plant under our remote supervision. Now the plant can handle 20m3/h sludge @ 2~3% solid content. The output sludge cake is of 79~82% moisture, which meet customer's expectation.

This plant consists one screw press GLDL403 and one auto-dosing device GLAD3000, the feeding pump and dosing pump was suggested by us but bought from the local, and customer connect the pipes according to our PID drawing. The workflow is that Screw press is fed by a sludge pump, meanwhile a metering pump feed the flocculant into the machine's mixing tank, where sludge and flocculant will react and form sludge flocs, then the sludge flocs will overflow to screw press main body, will be dewatered there. With the screw blade rotating, the sludge will be compacted and transfered to the screw shaft end and fall down from outlet. While the filtrate will come out from the gap between rings and collected in the trough and drain through a pipe to wastewater tank.

Both screw press and auto-dosing device are made of SS304 for anti-corossion. The electrical brand is Schneider. And we gave some spares with machines. Usually customer can use our machine for more than 3 years without spare requirements.
