On August 22, 2022, the integrated skid-mounted fracturing backflow fluid treatment system designed and manufactured by Hubei Craun Technology Equipment was put into operation in the Yichuan Block of Yanchang Petroleum. This system equipment is suitable for guanidine gum system fracturing flowback fluid, slip system fracturing flowback fluid, clean fracturing fluid system fracturing flowback fluid, oilfield wastewater, oilfield produced water, etc. generated during drilling and stimulation of oil wells, gas wells, and coalbed methane wells.

Design standards:

1. Design processing capacity 720m3/d, continuous operation for 24 hours;

2. The effluent standard meets the reinjection standard (suspended solid content ＜ 10mg/L, oil content ＜ 10mg/L);

3. The system adopts an integrated skid mounted insulation design to meet the winter construction requirements of the owner.
