With the extension of oilfield development time, due to the joint development of multiple layers and the increase in oil and water well measures, the amount of oil sludge generated in the waste oil tanks, oil wastewater tanks, and oil tank bottoms of various systems such as joint stations, transfer stations, and water injection stations in major oil and gas fields has been increasing year by year. Each owner unit follows the principle of "reducing sludge first and then transferring it" to achieve effective recovery and utilization of oil and water, while reducing the cost of direct transportation and outsourcing disposal.

Our company provides a complete set of oil sludge reduction treatment equipment and integrated solution design, suitable for different types of ground oil sludge and tank bottom oil sludge generated. Meet the reduction requirements of owners' units:

A. The solid-phase discharge standard for ground oil sludge meets:

a. Oil content ≤ 5%, with a minimum oil content of ≤ 2%;

b. Water content ≤ 50%, with a minimum oil content of ≤ 40%;

B. The solid-phase discharge standard of tank bottom oil sludge meets:

a. Oil content ≤ 5%;

b. Moisture content ≤ 60%.

This process flow is mainly aimed at reducing oil sludge, ensuring the reduction rate and sludge moisture content, and does not involve wastewater and waste oil control indicators. If the project requires indicators for wastewater, we can add supporting wastewater treatment equipment from our company to further treat and meet the standards. In this process flow, our company's mature product shale shaker is selected as the screening device. Steel wire woven mesh is selected according to the characteristics of the oil sludge, with a gap of 1cm. All raw materials are transported by a slurry pump under the liquid. After screening, the materials enter the pre-treatment skid. The skid is equipped with mixer, by adding chemical and stir thoroughly to separate oil, water, and mud. After static layering, the upper floating oil is removed, while water and mud enter to the dewatering skid. The dewatering equipment is selected according to the characteristics of the oil sludge, Vertical bag type centrifuge is used for ground oil sludge (including oil sludge with much mud and sand), and two-phase horizontal screw centrifuge is used for dehydration of tank cleaning oil sludge. The separated wastewater is sent to the owner's wastewater system, and the solid sludge cake is bagged and outsourced for disposal by the owner.
