Drilling Mud Decanter Centrifuge
DESCRIPTION:
SEPARATE Decanter Centrifuge is designed for the drilling mud solids control and oilfield waste management. SEPARATE VFD drive decanter centrifuge with variable speed allows drilling contracor or mud service company to do the barite recovery, fine/ ultra fine solids separation,dewatering centrifuge. SEPARATE have the decanter centrifuge from 9 inch bowl to 30 inch bowl available for different applications.SEPARATE decanter centrifuge bowl length and diameter ration is over 3, this gives the best result for the drilling fluids cleaning.
The decanter centrifuge is driven by two motors. The main motor drives the drum and the differential case through the belt, and the auxiliary motor drives the propeller after the differential is shifted. This will cause the drum and propeller to spin in the same direction with a certain differential speed.
APPLICATION:
SEPARATE GLLW series decanter centrifuges are used to separate suspended solids with a diameter ≥ 2 μm and process drilling mud and drilling fluid. It is especially effective in the oilfield service industry, industrial service industry, especially when used in environmentally sensitive areas. The centrifuge has high recovery rate and good solid control effect, which can significantly reduce drilling fluid supply and management costs. This is a very precise dynamic balancing machine that can run stably in the speed range of 0 - 3900 and generate a centrifugal force of 3000G.
