DESCRIPTION：

A high efficient settling device by inclined pipes to save floor area of civil tanks. 

Analyze the raw water, add PAC, PAM, boron remover, and hardening agent in the reaction tank according to the specific water quality, and fully stir and react to form large flocs of suspended solids, calcium magnesium ions, boron ions, etc. to facilitate their removal in the sedimentation tank. The sedimentation tank is equipped with inclined plate filler. The water flow in the coagulation reaction tank passes through the inclined pipe from bottom to top. The sediment settles to the sludge hopper from top to bottom and is discharged regularly by the sludge discharge pipe. This process can effectively remove suspended substances and colloids in raw water, providing favorable conditions for subsequent processes.

• A lot of inclined pipes in the settlement area.The liquid phase rises along the inclined pipes, and the solid phase slides down on the inclined pipes (plates) and drop into the sludge bin under the action of gravity, and then discharged out. 

• The discharged sludge is further dried by fiter/screw press or decanter centrifuge.
